Our Corporate client list includes: Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation (FREDDIE MAC), Federal National Mortgage Association (FANNIE MAE), Prudential Asset Recovery, Army Corps of Engineers and The WHR Group. We have an assistant who is licensed. Buyer's agents that handle buyers calls. We are now in the process of interviewing other top producing agents for association. We also have a field inspector who checks our properties on a weekly basis. We take the responsibility of handling every aspect of the marketing of these homes which includes: Checking the status of occupancy, starting eviction process, rekeying property, turning on the utilities and paying the monthly billing, maintenance and cleaning of property, monthly landscape, full report of repairs necessary, overseeing the contractors on work that has been ordered, negotiating terms of sale, overseeing the entire escrow process and closing the transaction. |
